• Graduate in Engineering
• Experience in engineering projects: 5 years or
more (in case of graduate) or 10 years or more (in case of
postgraduate)
• Experience as contract construction specialist in contract administration
for FIDIC contract of civil works, document preparation, and
contract procurement.
• Experience in the implementation of ODA loan projects: 1
project or more
