PT Jaya CM (Jaya Construction Management) was established in 1983, in response to the growing demand for a professional, structured, and efficient construction management system in Indonesia. For over four decades, PT Jaya CM has been entrusted with managing major national projects. Notable examples include the Bumi Hyatt Hotel in Surabaya, Ratu Plaza in Jakarta, and an aircraft assembly facility supporting Indonesia’s aerospace industry. These achievements have become key milestones that reinforce PT Jaya CM’s position as a leader in construction management across the country. As the construction sector evolves, PT Jaya CM has progressively expanded its services into transportation, energy, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors.
